•  Review final closing figures/documents

•  Know amount needed for closing

•  Verify acceptable payment method

•  Independently verify wiring instructions using a trusted phone number

•  Never rely solely on emailed wire instructions

•  Confirm identification requirements

•  Complete final walkthrough

Closing Day

•  Bring valid government-issued ID

•  Bring required funds/documentation

•  Review documents before signing

•  Ask questions about anything unclear

•  Confirm possession/key transfer

•  Save copies of signed documents

•  Receive keys according to contract
